Dined in today & it was honestly a better experience than my to go orders prior to this visit. It was pretty busy, but our order didn't take too long. The employee that saw more people coming in was attentive & cleared/cleaned off tables before they got to sit down & he was able to refill stations. There was also a female employee that was checking on tables throughout the meal & even cleared away the dishes. It was average/busy since my party & I came around "after school time," but thankfully the staff was able to keep up with the amount of people/orders. Food wasn't bad this time around & made the visit worth it. (Considering I have dietary restrictions, it was definitely worth risking it. If Cane's ever puts grilled chicken on the menu, I will definitely be in line as often as I was before.)
Went through the drive-thru and Mikayla was at the window. She was very pleasant and made sure our order was accurate. Please hire more individuals with her.
My favorite chicken in town along with Popeyes. Service is #1 or 5 stars. Pretty fast service and very clean restaurant also.
To be honest I am not a big take out drive thru person but I was starving and it was too cold lol. I got the 4pk combo chicken fingers w fries n drink. The fries were hot but some were too soggy bc they put the cole slaw on too so I guess the condensation made rhen wet so didn't eat those. I havent been here for a couple of years but don't recall only getting "1" little sauce for dipping. I asked for two instead of one and I saw her punch something into the cash register but she didnt tell me it would cost extra or how much which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I think I saw it said $0.39. No offense but give me an option to pay for it or not dont secretly charge me I hate that. It was fairly clean inside and nit too loud which was good. The chicken was decent tasting tho so that's good.
Been coming here for years. Always great service and friendly staff. Chicken fingers are always served fresh and hot. Drive thru is efficient and friendly. Interior of the restaurant is always clean and their staff always helpful.
One of my favorite meals around. The chicken tenders are substantial and very juicy. The fries are always hot and fresh. I use a lot of their famous sauce which is great on everything and I love their sweet tea. One suggestion is updating their app. You don't get freebies like others and being a regular here I wish I did.
